Dr. Tashina Keith

Dr. Tashina Keith earned her Psy.D. in clinical psychology from George Fox University and also holds a master’s degree in forensic psychology from California Baptist University. Dr. Keith completed her internship at Southeastern Idaho Psychology Internship consortium. She has been a staff psychologist at State Hospital South and an internship site supervisor since 2015.
